Each update record is tied to a specific project and reporting week. Users select the project reference and set the status for the week (e.g., On Track, At Risk, Off Track, Completed). Key fields include a rich-text executive summary, accomplishments, next week's plans, and optional notes or fun facts.
This template is part of a hierarchical structure:
- Project Update → Links to a Project record
- Project rolls up multiple Project Update entries for dynamic tracking
- Live values from the update (status, summary) are pulled into the project view using expressions (
DYNREF), enabling real-time visibility
